Starting in the 2024-25 league year, the San Diego APA offers one session of APA Ladies 8-Ball per league year, where teams have the opportunity to advance to the annual APA 8-Ball Ladies Championship in Las Vegas, which is held during the APA Poolplayer Championships (PPC)!

$30 Team Fee per Team Match

Three (3) levels of local play to advance to the Championship!
Local divisions of APA 8-Ball league format plays on alternating Friday nights. Teams consist of 3 to 5 women. Match play consists of 3 individual matches with a combined team skill cap of 13.
One session is played per league year: In the 2024-25, this session runs from June 2024 to January 2025, in order to transition qualified teams to the new PPC dates in April/May. For the 2025-26 year and beyond, the session will start in February and end in January. After the session, the highest ranked teams plus one Wildcard team will compete in playoffs with division and playoff winners advancing to the City Championship Qualifier.
This annual tournament consists of division and playoff winners from each division in the session. Winners advance to the APA Ladies 8-Ball Championship in Las Vegas!
At least ten (10) scores in last one (1) year if playing in the SDAPA Ladies Division, or twenty (20) scores in the last two (2) years if not playing in the Ladies Division
Played at least four (4) times in the Ladies Session in SDAPA and be on a Spring roster (either standard 8-ball or the Ladies 8-ball division) by the Championship entry deadline (beginning of March)
