ATTENTION PLAYERS! Please print and keep with your team a blank scoresheet in the event scorekeeper isn't available,

Each team is asked to have a team member print the team's score sheet each week by logging in to their Online Member Services account at 
league.poolplayers.com and selecting "Matches" from the left menu. This will bring up an icon for downloading and printing the team's score sheet. [Click here to claim your online account,
 

Once a team match is completed, each team is asked to email the completed score sheet to sandiego@apaleagues.com no later than the due date listed below. When submitting 9-Ball sheets, please submit BOTH sides!
We ask that you use a document scanning app on your phone or a scanning machine and submit your score sheets in PDF format in order to ensure an acceptable quality image. Please make sure we can easily read your submitted score sheet or you may be asked to resubmit it or you may lose bonus points.

If your team believes it will find it difficult to print and/or email the team's score sheets back to the League Office, please 
contact the League Office as soon as possible so that we can work with you on a solution.


PAYMENT AND SCORE SHEET DUE DATES:

In order to ensure that league stats are updated in a timely fashion and in order for a team to earn its bonus points each week, it is necessary that teams submit their fees and neat, accurate score sheets by (as of 5/15/2023):
 
Sunday teams: due the next day by 10am Monday

Monday teams: 
due the next day 
by 10am Tuesday
 
Tuesday teams: due the next day by 10am Wednesday

Wednesday teams: 
due the next day by 10am Thursday

Thursday teams: 
due the next day 
by 10am Friday

Friday teams: 
due the next day by 10am Saturday

Saturday teams: 
due the next day 
by 10am Sunday

HOW TO PAY WEEKLY LEAGUE FEES:  

Does your team have a credit and you would like to use it?

The below options are ways you can pay a different amount to use your team credit.

Is your team showing past due on your scoresheet or on the Scorekeeper App when you begin your match?

With the new processing schedule effective this 2023 Summer Session, scoresheets and payments are now required to be submitted at 10:00 am the morning following league play.

Do you no longer have the option to pay through the APA League app (Member Services)?

If the money icon (to add a match to your shopping cart) is no longer displayed for a particular match in the schedule, this does not necessarily mean that you have paid it already. 

You can view your Payment History from the app by clicking your initials at the top right, and then selecting Payments > View Order History

After a score is entered in the system, you are no longer able to pay for that week through the app, so here are your payment options (see QR codes in the image above):

  2. Venmo @sdapa
  3. PayPal to sandiego@apaleagues.com
  4. CashApp to $SDAPA
  5. Other Payment Methods (including Credit Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, or Link) using one of the links below.

Please remember to put your TEAM NUMBER and TEAM NAME in the PAYMENT MEMO so that we can apply your payments to the correct team.

HOW TO PAY REDUCED RATE PLAYOFF FEES:
 
The APA no longer permits league areas to offer reduced playoff fees. As a result, playoff fees will now be the same as the standard weekly fee.
 
  
HOW TO PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES:


1. Payment through the APA App or Website. RECOMMENDED.

The APA app can be downloaded from your device's app store or visit league.poolplayers.comEach player must pay their own membership when using this method.


NOTE ABOUT BRAND NEW MEMBERS (those who have never played APA before anywhere)

Brand new members that have already been added to a roster but have not yet paid a membership fee, have been assigned a membership number that they must use when paying their membership fees on the APA Online Member Services website and should select "Returning Member - Join Again" NOT "New Member - Join Now" when encountering this option.

Only brand new members that have NOT yet been added to a roster and assigned a membership number should select "New Member - Join Now."

If you're a brand new member, you may call the League Office at 619-303-0183 to verify this information before attempting to pay your membership fees online.

IMPORTANT MEMERSHIP DEADLINES AND PROCEDURES

All players listed on a roster must have paid an annual membership fee by week 4 of any session.****

​After week 4, anyone on a roster who hasn't paid a membership fee will be dropped and cannot be added back until a membership fee is paid. If a team plays an unpaid player after week 4 of any session, the team will be marked past due $30 for that player's membership fees and the team may not be rewarded any bonus points until the past due is made up.

Once a team is marked past due for a player's membership fees, that player's membership fees can no longer be paid via member services!
